I get things do come up and prevent you from making your appointment, however each client is allowed to choose their own time. If you must cancel or rebook and appointment, I respectfully asked that it’s 48hrs notice. Failure to cancel/reschedule appointment within 48 hrs before start time will result in $25 booking fee held and may not allow any further booking. To regain clientship 50% of service missed is required. Will be blocked from booking until paid. All deposits are non refundable but are subjunctive to be moved to a different date in required time. Late fee enforced after 10 mins of appointment window. $10 attached to balance. After 20 mins about will have to be rescheduled. Communication is key!
